Rest in peace, sweet Vannesa! It broke my heart to hear of her passing, she looked so good the last time she was at Allen! We always knew when Vannesa was feeling better towards the end of her stay because she'd start smiling and playing with us even more :) Thinking of you Ofelia, Victor and family. Vannesa was a sweet, beautiful girl and I'll miss seeing her and taking care of her at Allen! Know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Vanessa will be missed by all of us up at Allen Peds. We've been caring for her for many years and will miss her beautiful round face and that little quirk of a smile she gave when you teased her. She is so much better where she is now, but we know it will be so very hard for all that loved her to let her go. Please know our prayers go out for all of you in her family & friends. May God Bless you at this time.

Dear sweet Vanessa! Your sweet smile will be missed by all of us here @ Allen. You are now being held in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ without pain or discomfort, and running and playing like every child should. May God comfort Victor, Ophelia, little Victor, and Victoria on the passing of this sweet child, your daughter, and sister. A little angel on earth sent for a short while to bless all who knew and loved her. In Sympathy, Miriam.
